SpiderOakONE --setup=-
--setup also supports using an external JSON file. The format of the file is as follows:

To use the json file run the SpiderOakONE with command:
SpiderOakONE --setup=/path/FILE_NAME
When once you run the --setup and logged in don't need the json file, because SpiderOakONE keep your login credentials only run the
SpiderOakONE in --batchmode mode for sync, this is command:
SpiderOakONE -v --redirect=/home/shams/tmp/spideroak.log --batchmode
The --batchmode will shutdown when the sync is finished, but if run with --headless will continue running the SpiderOakONE
in the background until the terminal is open.

To setup yandex-disk run the command:
yandex-disk setup
The above command will ask for the login and sync details and start the daemon, you can stop the daemon and sync the Yandex-Disk manually
with the command:
yandex-disk sync
The above command will sync the disk and exit without to start the daemon.
